Delivery is handled by the shop itself, not an external courier, within a 24-kilometer radius of Šternberk, including Uničov, Litovel, Moravský Beroun, Dlouhá Loučka, Šumvald, and Hlubočky. An order placed on a business day is delivered the same day, at a time chosen by the customer, and the sender receives an email confirmation. A bouquet can also be picked up in person at the shop. Orders for weekends or holidays must be placed the previous business day, except for Valentine's Day, Women's Day, and Mother's Day. Payment is made online by card, and a gift or personal message can be added to the order.
